We filled our budget donut hole in 4 months and avoided the job cuts that so many places are facing right now.

It's amazing to me to read the lobbyists questioning the impact of 340B and the importance it makes in communities.  We are big operation and the 340B cashflow is still the difference in many operational and clinical decisions.  Service lines, staffing levels, charity care - everything is possible because of the 340B cashflow.

That should be obvious.  How is that even a talking point?  I guess we need to do a stronger job communicating the impacts and connecting the 340B cashflow with the patients who benefit in every community.
